Sick n stuff

Hey Darling boy,
Its been a testing week for us all!! The last 2-3 days you've been sick :( You've got a viral infection and bacterial infection in your ears :( not much fun for everyone! You've been sleeping more than usual - although we all feel that way at the moment with the temperatures we've been having!!! I've got my fingers crossed that you're on the mend.
The cause for all your sickness? well we consider the 4 teeth coming through to be the culprits!!
You now have 3 teeth down the bottom and 4 up the top with 3 more all coming through together down the bottom.

What else to tell you........ On Saturday afternoon we travelled to Orange - you were awake and played and pretty good on the way there. We had KFC for dinner before going to Emmas 21st :o). Daddy looked after you most of the night - you wandered around, making eyes at evryone you met! You looked quite spunky in your little trousers and polo shirt ;o) Every now and then you'd come over and grab my legs as if to say 'I'm still here and I know you are too!' before you'd get down and crawl away. Lucky Daddy kept an eye on you or I think Emma or Naomi might have taken you home with them!! You played peek-a-boo with curtains and loved annoying Emmas young cousin!! Mr Cheeky boy! Everyone had a great time - I know you did as you were exhausted and slept from Molong all the way home.

Tonight you decided to use your trolley - but you wanted to use your bike too!! Silly goose couldn't decide what to use so you grabbed both!!!

We've nearly finished all our Chrissy shopping and December starts tomorrow. You were so good while we were out. We took Great Gran A to visit Great Grandpa.... we may not be able to see him again as he is not well and is at the nursing home now. You waved and made him smile. He even asked how you were! It was such a lovely sight and brought a tear to my eye.

We might put our Chrissy tree up on Sunday (depending on how tired we all are after Grandmas party! Nanna is going to look after you Saturday night!! YAY!)
Well .... must get you to bed before it gets too late - hopefully we can all get a good night sleep!! Lots to do tomorrow.!!
*hugs* n get better soon my darling.

Walking not far away!

Heya Greggles,
You've made ya mum cry again!! Happy tears of course!! Last night dad brought you out of your room.... well thats a lie really coz you brought yourself out! You had the block trolley that you got for your birthday and pushed it out into the lounge room all the way over to meeeeee! Usually you would topple it over ontop of yourself but this time you were only using it for slight stability. It was so amazing to see. *sigh*
You are growing up all so quickly. - click here to see Greggles and the trolley

Today we went and saw Gran A. You spotted her lion on the top shelf nearly before we walked in!!! You goose hehehe. I got him down for you and you - I think it reminded you of Kibble (Aunty Pammies doggie) and you wondered why it didnt chase you when you were on the floor. Hahaha.

Speaking of Aunty Pammie - she is coming for dinner tonight. Not sure what we'll have. You had your first taste of yoghurt last night and took to it quite well.... now that you'll let me spoon feed you in sort of a fashion.

I've also been busy planning our trip to Sydney. I'm going to a wedding and you get to stay with 'great' Uncle Steve and 'great' Aunty Lyn, Sarah and Mark for the afternoon/evening. They are so much looking forward tolooking after you! They came up to visit on the weekend and we watched a movie with Lyn and Steve and Lyn played Duplo with you and you both had a great time!!

Anyhow - lots of house work to do... it never stops!! *love ya*
*hugs*

Theres not much to say!

Mr Greggie,
Its been over a week now since my last bloggie to you ..... ah-well! We haven't really been up to a lot lately. Last week wasn't very busy and we spent a fair bit of time at home. On Wednesday I worked and you stayed with Kristen and Hannah for the day - apparently you were a pretty good boy!! You? lol!

On Friday you spent some time with Aunty Lynda and Chelsea as I had a couple of appointments. I dropped you at Aunty Lyndas and then met you at the park in the morning. It was lovely to be outside... I even took you over for a play on the swing. After this I took you home for a nap before waking you to take you to Aunty Lyndas as I had another appointment!! Thankfully you were a good boy for her too. *hugs*! I got back there and it wasn't long before Uncle Grum and Dad arrived and they organised some dinner for us all.

You spent the weekend with Daddy, Uncle Andy, Uncle Grum and Chelsea watching the car races as I wasn't very well. Lucky that you love watching the cars and hanging with the boys and Chelsea!! Uncle Andy stayed for dinner and watched a movie with us.
Your Dad thought it would be funny to cover you in bubbles at bathtime!! The bubbles in the front were meant to be your beard.... Maybe a Santa-look-a-like? I'm not so sure!! You're missing the big belly!!!

Yesterday you were in such a good mood. We went out for a little while after lunch - you saw Great Gran & Great Grandpa, then Nanna, Cookie, Uncle Andy and Uncle Michael before heading over to see Grandma and Grandad then we went and saw Great Gran and Great Poppa - and Heath was there too.!! You are so lucky to have so many Grandparents and Great Grandparents still around.
Last night you enjoyed some of mums home-cooked dinner.

Today we went to the mall for a while - you were such a happy boy while we were out. We saw Judy and Heath while we were out and you recognised him from yesterday and giggled at him! It was so cute!! hehehe. We also went to Spotlight where Erica gave you a bright orange balloon and you thought you had been given the world. It even kept you occupied for 20mins after we got home!! Woohoo!! hehehe

You're eating a lot better at meal times and cut back heaps on you're bottles. I'm proud of you! Tonight it seems as Dad is working back late (late notice for us all!!) but thats all ok, we'll sort it out. Tomorrow you get to have your 1 year booster immunisation shots (oh yay oh joy oh bliss... NOT). I know you need to have them but I hate to see you all crappy and upset for a couple of days afterwards. We'll get through it :o)

Well, must go see if that noise was you or the kids across the road.
Lots of hugs n snuggles!!

Lots of hugs!

Hey Mr Greggie,
Its been a little while since I wrote to you last. We've both been busy with lots of things. Lately we've been concentrating on getting you to eat more 'solids' and replace all those milks :P which you so dearly love. It hasn't taken too long and you are already putting on more weight! Good boy :o) We've managed to cut out 1 bottle completely and 1/2way to getting another gone... might be a while longer for that one tho!
We've discovered that you like kiwifruit and LOVE Vegemite sandwiches.... oh... and you just reach out for choccie cookies when you see them!! lol! You've taken a real liking to sausages and you had your first taste of macaroni cheese.... you didn't eat much actual pasta but you licked all the sauce off!!
You've also let me feed you with a spoon........... praise the lord!! Its a breakthrough!! So we'll be seeing how long this lasts :o)

You've started crawling EVERYWHERE!! so we bought a little fence to baracade you into the loungeroom which we have now nearly completely baby-proofed (for now anyhow!). You've discovered the hallway and that it leads to dads office/room where he plays the computer ..... the steering wheel!! You'll often crawl in to see him just to play the steering wheel.... always with a grin on your face when you see daddy! It made things interesting when Dad was home for the week sick and you couldn't stay away from him.... you became a Daddys boy alright. Thats ok - you're back to wanting mum again now!! hahaha

In the last 2 or 3 days you crawl to the end of the hallway and start to play peek-a-boo around the corner in the hall. We both love seeing the giggles and screams of delight as we peek-a-boo back to you!
I've tried to chase you down the hall while you are crawling but you seem to stop in your tracks and giggle until I catch you!! You will of course chase me if I crawl off tho!! cheeky chops!

We went and visited Aunty Megs, Uncle Mick and cousin Makayla on the weekend. You just loved her jolly jumper!! Especially when A.Megs let you swing heaps!! You giggled and giggled. Here's a pic of you and Makayla together playing :o)

On the way home we saw Nanna and Cookie and Nanna got the duplo out for you .... which you put everywhere :o) hehehe.

You've also learnt how to splash in the bathtub... BIGTIME!! Watch out to anyone standing remotely near the bathroom at Gregory's bathtime..... Daddy was standing in the doorway a few nights ago and you managed to get him wet.....

Anyhow... must go and see whats doing for lunchies... Daddy be home soon (hopefully!)
Love ya lots xoxo
Hugs
